Last spring Barnstable Academy underwent the process to become reaccredited by both NIPSA (National Independent Private Schools Association) and the Middle States Association. NIPSA approved Barnstable Academy for accreditation in June and in October the Middle States Association approved Barnstable for full reaccreditation through December 2015.
